Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) apk7up account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Upon detection of duplicate accounts, apk7up reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus claims, and permanently retain any balances across the duplicate accounts.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these Terms. apk7up reserves the right to close accounts, void withdrawals, and retain balances where account information is found to be materially inaccurate or fraudulent.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your apk7up account in real time in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers may take between one (1) and three (3) business hours to reflect, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon network confirmation.
All apk7up accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. apk7up does not charge a platform-side currency conversion fee on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Players must not deposit funds sourced from illegal activity, third-party payment accounts not registered in their own name, or business accounts. Deposits suspected of originating from prohibited sources will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating payment method.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the apk7up account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawal requests.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
apk7up aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to KYC status, payment method processing schedules, and any pending security reviews. During periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance, processing times may be extended.
As a general rule, withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, apk7up's payments team will work with the player to identify an appropriate alternative method consistent with anti-money laundering requirements.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. apk7up strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing offsetting bets on the same event across multiple accounts or platforms to meet wagering requirements risk-free; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated terms of the offer; and systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
Where apk7up determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bonus balances, cancel related winnings, and close the account without notice.
apk7up reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and in active use by a player.

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within a specified timeframe; the bet was accepted in error due to a technical or pricing error; or the market is suspended and the bet was placed during the suspension window.
Odds displayed on the apk7up platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted and displayed on your bet receipt. apk7up operates on a "best odds" acceptance model for pre-match markets where system conditions permit.
apk7up monitors all sports betting activity for signs of match fixing, insider information use, and syndicate betting patterns. Bets suspected of being placed using inside information or as part of a coordinated scheme will be voided. apk7up cooperates fully with relevant sporting bodies and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspicious betting patterns.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk7up platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Enforcement: Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting of the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. apk7up takes fraudulent activity extremely seriously and will pursue all available legal remedies.
apk7up reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached these Terms; your account is involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity; your account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory inquiry; or your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
In cases of confirmed Terms violations, apk7up may permanently close your account. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your verified payment method, net of any outstanding bonus obligations or pending investigations.
You may request the closure of your apk7up account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, apk7up will close the account within a reasonable timeframe and process any eligible remaining balance to your verified payment method. apk7up does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
